  •    Holistic Health & Fitness Assessment: We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of your current lifestyle, health habits, and overall well-being during an initial consultation and fitness assessment.
  •    Personalized Goal Setting and Program:  We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and potential obstacles, creating a personalized fitness plan based on your current situation.
  •    Flexible Coaching Format: Our coaching involves a combination of weekly emails, texts for check-ins, and scheduled coaching sessions as needed. This flexibility allows for ongoing support tailored to your preferences.
  •    Fitness Plan Adjustments: Periodic coaching sessions will focus on progress evaluation and making adjustments to your fitness plan. If necessary, we can schedule specific training sessions to go over any questions on form or exercises.
  •    Healthy Eating Habits: While I’m not a nutritionist, I’ll help you cultivate positive habits aligned with your goals, woven naturally into your lifestyle.

   •    Package Options:  Choose from coaching packages tailored to your needs, with options such as 6 weeks, 3 months, or 1 year. This provides flexibility and commitment based on your preferred timeline.
